Head-To-Head Against Chef Joshua
Enter for a chance to go head-to-head with Chef Joshua Resnick in front of a live audience, with finished dishes being judged by two culinary experts.

For the opportunity to take on the pro chef, you must first complete a mystery basket competition against your peers. Create a dish at home using the ingredients below, and send the recipe, method and a photo or video of your completed dish to btonkinson@ice.edu by December 8. The winner will be chosen on December 9 and confirmed by email.
Chef Barry Tonkinson will screen your work and the winner will be eligible to face off with Chef Joshua in the demo kitchen in front of a live audience. Applicants must be available to compete on December 15 at 12 p.m.
