A Hands-On Industry Externship

The ICE career services team is available to you throughout your academic journey. For the final part of their program, students in the Online Culinary Arts & Food Operations, Online Plant-Based Culinary Arts & Food Operations and Online Hospitality & Hotel Management programs will work with their Career Services advisor to find an externship at a restaurant or hospitality business that aligns with their goals. At your externship, you’ll put your skills to the test in a professional setting, where you’ll have the opportunity to make connections in the industry and gain business knowledge you can use to launch your culinary career.
