Biography
Jeremy Hanlon earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, but his passion for food inspired him to leave Wall Street and enroll in culinary school. He originally chose ICE for the flexible scheduling, which allowed him to continue to work full-time but was impressed with the quality of classes. He secured an externship at Charlie Trotter prior to graduating. Hanlon went on to work in New York City, Florida, Northern Spain, and Southern France. He has appeared on Food Network, Bravo, Lifetime, and A&E on highly rated programs such as Designing Spaces and Chopped. In his current role with Carlson Restaurants he develops recipes and dishes for over 60 international markets, taking into account local cultures.
