Leigh Koh Peart

Leigh Koh Peart left a career in advertising and event planning back in her native Singapore to follow her culinary dreams to New York City. After graduating from ICE, she worked with renowned cake designer Ron Ben-Israel where she honed her cake designing and decorating skills. In 2009, she moved to London and began working as a pastry chef at Sketch. Koh Peart has since returned to her cake decorating roots in 2010 when she founded Craft Cakes. She creates custom cakes and leads a variety of workshop classes.
