Biography

Brett Romberg is an experienced chef who is passionate about teaching techniques, concepts and an approach to cooking that allow students to make their own decisions in the kitchen. He has experience at multiple Michelin-starred restaurants including Marea in New York City, Ora di Aria in Florence, and Din Tai Feng in Taipei. Chef Brett loves traveling to countries that have interesting fruit. 

Chef Brett joined the Institute of Culinary Education’s recreational cooking department in 2024.
