Biography
Jenna Greco is passionate about providing the industry's next generation of leaders with the tools they need to succeed both professionally and personally. She began teaching Restaurant & Culinary Management at ICE in 2022 after working in New York City restaurants, including Carbone and Don Angie. Jenna recently earned a Master's in Food Studies at New York University and graduated from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. Jenna volunteers at two farms in the city, where she learns about organic agriculture and assists with harvesting.
