Biography
Roger Sitrin is an experienced chef whose culinary range includes a large array of cultural and international cuisines, and who’s ethos is to incorporate love and environmental responsibility in every meal. Chef Roger boasts two degrees: a bachelor’s degree in hotel restaurant travel administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Culinary Arts degree from ICE, which he graduated with honors.
