Biography
Tina Butler is an experienced Chef-Instructor and culinary entrepreneur. She has been teaching culinary arts since 2015 and is passionate about making cooking and information around food accessible, relatable and fun for everyone. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Tina has a strong understanding of a range of classical techniques, skills, and business acumen. Her teaching background includes stints as a Chef-Instructor at Sur La Table, kitchen supervisor and head chef at Bloomingdale's, and a culinary instructor at My Cooking Party. It's important to Chef Tina that her students see themselves represented, validated, and included, which she facilitates with a thoughtful presence and confident aura.
Chef Tina has developed two food brands: Tina the Chef and The Crumb Cake Queen. Tina the Chef focuses on providing fresh and delicious grab-and-go meals, and The Crumb Cake Queen is where she sells her original gourmet crumb cake.
Chef Tina joined the ICE team in 2024.
