Recreational Cooking Classes at ICE

No.1 Ranked Culinary School in America*

The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City runs one of America’s largest recreational cooking programs with “hands-on” culinary classes, baking classes and wine education classes. Courses are offered day and night, almost every day of the year at 225 Liberty Street in Lower Manhattan. We offer class for everyone - beginners to advanced professionals already in the culinary industry. Our typical class runs three to six hours, and hosts 12 to 16 students, but we also offer more intimated advanced culinary courses for those wanting to dive deeper into a specific technique or cuisine.

We stock our pantries with high quality ingredients and students will be supplied with recipe and instruction packs. Most classes end with a large meal served family-style, accompanied with wine or beer . We have never known anyone to walk away hungry.
