Canadian Oyster Festival with Shucker Paddy

Patrick "Shucker Paddy" McMurray is back on campus for a presentation and preparation of all things oysters, and you're invited. A panel discussion led by seafood expert, Michael-Ann Rowe,  Shucker Paddy and Oyster Master Guild co-founder, Julie Qiu, will give students, faculty, and guests a chance to ask their burning questions.
