The Italian Trade Agency is launching a series of virtual master classes for aspiring chefs to enhance their awareness of authentic products, techniques and presentation styles distinctive to Italian cuisine. 

Chef Andrea Zanin, widely regarded as one of the world's best pastry chefs, will be demonstrating the beloved tiramisu.
