Garrett Mikell
Biography
Garrett Mikell has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has worked both front-of-house and back-of-house roles at multiple bar and restaurant concepts across Los Angeles.
Garrett spent over four years as the bar manager at General Lee’s in Chinatown, where he helped design the bar program from initial build out to execution, including curating the menu and spirits selection. He’s also worked as a bar manager at Far Bar in Little Tokyo and as an assistant general manager at the historic Raymond 1886 in Pasadena.
He most recently worked as the beverage director at The California Club, where he oversaw up to 22 event spaces and a full team of beverage staff daily. Garrett joined the ICE faculty in 2023 as an Instructor of Restaurant & Culinary Management.
