Student Culinary Competition

Cheer on the three finalists in ICE's 2024 Student Culinary Competition as they compete in a live cook-off event showcasing their original recipes. A panel of esteemed judges will taste each dish and select a winner who will receive $1000 towards a dining experience at three-Michelin-starred Le Bernardin, Eric Ripert and Maguy Le Coze’s three-Michelin-starred seafood tasting menu restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, and the opportunity to stage in the Le Bernardin kitchen with Chef Eric Ripert's team.

The judges are:
•    Stefano Secchi, chef and partner of Rezdôra
•    Gabriel Kreuther, chef-owner of Gabriel Kreuther
•    Shari Bayer, author and founder of hospitality PR firm, Bayer Public Relations

The second place winner will receive $500 towards a dining experience at Rezdôra, a Michelin-starred, rustic Italian restaurant highlighting the cuisine of Emilia-Romagna in New York City’s Flatiron neighborhood, and a stage with Chef Stefano Secchi's team. The third place prize is a Japanese chef's knife.
