Choose ICE for your career training, and you'll be in good company. We value your commitment to our country’s future. Likewise, we’re committed to helping you build your future with a comprehensive culinary or hospitality education and a successful career. There are a range of active duty, reserve and veteran's benefits available to ICE students at our New York and Los Angeles campuses.

Our Training is Anything but Basic

ICE offers a variety of career training programs — online or in-person at our New York and Los Angeles campuses — to make it as easy as possible for you to fit culinary school into your busy life.

Our online programs include: Culinary Arts & Food Operations, Plant-Based Culinary Arts & Food Operations and Baking & Pastry Arts and Food Operations. Our campus-based programs in New York and Los Angeles include: Culinary Arts, Plant-Based Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts, Restaurant & Culinary Management and Tourism, Travel & Hospitality Management. Students enrolled online and those attending in person in NY or LA can earn a diploma. Students attending in LA have the option to pursue an associate degree.

In just seven to 16 months, you could get a firm foundation in the discipline of your choice, either from the convenience of home or by attending an ICE campus in NY or LA.

But don't take our word for it, listen to what a student has to say.
