Extracurricular Activities
Enhancing the ICE Student Experience With a Variety of Inspiring Electives
Demonstrations and Master Classes
ICE's extracurricular activities include enrichment classes focused on cooking and beverage-related elements of the food industry, which are completely free for alumni and students. We host experts in various fields from all over the world to teach, lecture and cook for our student body, providing our students with the exclusive opportunity to watch, interact with and ask questions of these successful epicureans. In most cases, chef demos are also streamed live on our YouTube channel.
Guest Speakers - Culinary Entrepreneurs
Throughout the year, the ICE student experience is garnished by visits from some of the greatest culinary entrepreneurs from around the nation, as part of our Meet the Culinary Entrepreneurs series. Guests have included California winemakers, New Orleans head chefs, food website founders and specialty food company presidents. Guests of this caliber are excited to come to ICE to speak with students because they know that someday, the students they meet might be their next great employees. In most cases, chef demos are also streamed live on our YouTube channel.
