Celebrating the Future of the Restaurant Industry

Congratulations to the classes of 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 who celebrated on June 12, 2021.

It was an honor to host ICE alumni Gail Simmons (Culinary, '99), Matt Hyland (Culinary, ‘05), and Gabriella Russo (Culinary, ’20) as this year's commencement speakers. Watch our first virtual ceremony below.

Students completing their coursework in the second half of 2021 and first half of 2022 will receive information about our 2022 commencement via email.

It was an honor to recognize our 2019-2021 graduates on Saturday, June 12 with our first virtual commencement ceremony via StageClip! Students submitted photos for their moments of recognition, and ICE alumni Gail Simmons (Culinary, '99), Matt Hyland (Culinary, ‘05), and Gabriella Russo (Culinary, ’20) inspired graduates about the future of the restaurant industry and their careers to come.
